Austin Manar is a 2023 OF/RHP with a 6-1 150 lb. frame from Parkland, FL who attends Archbishop Edward Mccarthy. On the mound he works from the stretch only and filled the bottom half of zone up with strikes. Showed solid arm speed with a shorter arm swing and a high 3/4 arm slot that added some sink to his 80 mph fastball. A lot of swing and miss/weak contact on the fastball and missed barrel with a very slow 58 mph curveball. In the outfield he adopts a longer arm swing after he comes and gets the ball aggressively and under control. Clean looking all the way through with nice arm strength. In the box has some quick twitch and drives the ball the other way well. Bottom half works well through the zone and found a lot of barrels.
