Daniel Carapaica is a 2025 OF/LHP with a 5-8 150 lb. frame from Orlando, FL who attends Bishop Moore. A medium build and athletic frame with square shoulders. Ran a 7.56 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder with compact actions through the back. Has a clean funnel to throw from an over-the-top arm slot. Keeps it accurate with some feel and intent to his actions. A left-handed hitter with a wider base and upright setup. He keeps the bat on plane, staying balanced, with a smaller load and getting through it with some strength behind it. Produced an 85 mph exit velocity. A left-handed pitcher who has a big step into the wind-up delivery. Stays compact and gets extended. Shows some deception with a shorter arm stroke, hiding the ball behind the body. Fastball had good angle with some cut through the zone. It was a high spin fastball, getting up to 2536 RPMs. He bullied hitters inside, getting the fastball on the inner third of the plate. His breaking ball was in the mid-60s, spinning around 2355 RPMs with an east- to west break. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
