2022 WWBA Workout Showcase (July 6)
Ryan Limerick is a 2023 OF/1B with a 6-1 195 lb. frame from Studio City, CA who attends Notre Dame. Well built, presently physical frame with broad shoulders and good lively actions overall. Ran the 60 yard dash in an intriguing 6.67 seconds, very good for an athlete with his dense build. Primary position OF, with hop in his step, taking aggressive angels to his routes and working the glove out front. One hand gather and appropriate crow hop transfer and works into a 3/4 arm angle to release. Got throws up to 86 mph from the outfield and showed good carry with accuracy on the bag. LHH starting from a neutral, balanced stance that is slightly open and a used a small stride to get swing going. Bat speed is present, bat path on plane with ball leading to good lift. Hands really work, whippy and can get to next level of power with more separation in his swing mechanics. Consistently on the barrel with the look of an offensive impact type player, especially with foot speed skill set. Solid student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
