Reagan Samples is a 2025 C/RHP, 1B with a 6-0 200 lb. frame from Fontana, CA who attends Etiwanda. Ran a 8.06 60-yard dash. Two-way prospect. Physical frame, throws exclusively out of the stretch on the mound. Tall and fall delivery that he repeats well. Throws with shorter arm action from a lower three quarters slot. Quick arm speed in the delivery and ran his fastball up to 79 with ride. Attacked hitters and works well at the top of the zone. Throws a looser curveball as his secondary pitch. Behind the plate on defense, shows quick ball transfer and receives well. At the plate, has an easy stride with a fairly simple set up. Good hands and showed power to pullside. His highest exit velocity was 77 MPH. Outstanding student.
