Justin Jose is a 2022 RHP/OF with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Henderson, NV who attends Basic. Medium athletic build with good physical projection. Full arms over head delivery with good direction down the mound, has a loose arm action from an over the top arm slot, some energy at release, arm slot hides the ball well on release, repeats his mechanics well. Upper 70's fastball, topped out at 80 mph, had good sink and run at times and throws his fastball for strikes. Change up was his best secondary pitch, has nice feel for it with some fading action and will throw it to both right and left handed hitters. Slider had the proper shape with some tilt to it. Good athlete off the mound fielding his position. Right handed hitter, moves into contact well with his lower half and generates some present bat speed, gets extended well and hits through the ball. 7.22 runner, showed some arm strength from the outfield an made accurate throws. Projectable young player with some skills.
