Ethan Dejesus is a 2026 RHP/3B, MIF, OF, UT with a 5-10 145 lb. frame from Riverview, FL who attends Sumner High School. Extra lean current build with a lot of projection and twitch to his actions. A lot of room and time to add overall physicality. Ran the 60 yard dash in an excellent 7.08 seconds. Primary position RHP, with an athletic, repeatable delivery using a simple side step to good posture at balance point. Holds hands high at the letters, separating from there leading to deep inline arm path. Works through high 3/4 arm angle and got better as he went through game action. FB peaking at 80 mph with arm side run and sink, blending it well with 3-pitch mix. SL in the low-70's with good spin traits and CH with tumbling action and deadening spin. Really showed pitchability as outing progressed. Secondary IF, displaying smooth action and aggressive approach to the ball. Hands work well out front and showed feel for the clay. Throws across the diamond up to 84 mph with carry and accuracy. Switch hitter, using open stance from the right side with tight hands and low back elbow. Toe tap trigger with some timing issues occasionally and emerging hand strength at contact. LHH with similar setup and good rotational lower-half. When on time showed good thump, especially in the middle of the field and got better as round progressed. Young athlete with a lot to look forward to and has really two-way potential in the future. Excellent student and he is currently uncommitted.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
