Alfonso Gomez is a 2021 MIF/C with a 5-4 140 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Miami Jackson HS. Young compact build. Right handed hitter, hits from a wide upright base with a good lower half shift, has a loose low tension swing with plus extension through contact, has the ability to elevate and drive the ball, handled the barrel well and made consistent square contact, really nice swing overall. 7.93 runner, has good actions and feel in the middle infield, second base tools, also catches.
