Chase Kroberger is a 2025 OF/RHP, SS with a 6-0 163 lb. frame from Moorestown, NJ who attends Moorestown. Athletic, high waisted frame with lean muscle and plenty of quick twitch athleticism. Recorded a 6.72 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary outfielder with athletic actions into and throughout the fielding process. Fields cleanly off to the side, gathering smoothly into a well-maintained crow-hop and works into a short, compact arm action. Recorded online, accurate throws with carry up to 87 mph during drills. Secondary right-handed pitcher that worked from a full windup delivery with good rhythm and tempo down the slope. Incorporates good lower half engagement down the mound and generates good torque upon foot strike. Fastball worked in the 79-81 mph range for the duration of his outing and topped out at 82 mph from a three-quarters arm slot. Showed ability to command both sides of the plate with his fastball effectively, while mixing in a loose 11-5 slider in the 2000 RPM range for strikes and swings-and-misses. Showed ability to kill spin on his changeup (1530 RPMs), as the pitch has fading action to it and generated some awkward swings. Extremely athletic frame with tons of room to add strength and velocity, will continue to improve with minor mechanical adjustments and physical maturity. Took part in the infield portion of the defensive workout as well, where he showed good lateral range to either side and plenty of arm strength across the diamond. Showed ability to change arm angles when necessary and recorded accurate throws up to 84 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter that hits from a slightly open stance with a high hand set, high back elbow and big leg lift trigger. Incorporates rotational lower half mechanics to generate torque and has some whip to his barrel. Middle-of-the field approach with compact present bat speed, some feel for the barrel and the ability to impact the baseball with authority from gap-to-gap. Showed consistent bat-to-ball skills and overall hit tool and power potential will continue to expand with proper swing adjustments and additional strength. Good Student. Named to the 2022 Northeast Top Prospect Games Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
