Stephen Forristall is a 2008 OF with a 5'11'', 175 lb. frame from Houston, Tx who attends Houston Christian. Stephen is has an athletic frame, with present strength in his upper body. He has room to go on his frame and will continue to get bigger and stronger. He ran a 7.17 sixty, and showed good usable speed on the bases. His speed is a very good tool Defensively he is accurate on his throws with loose arm action. He also shows good footwork and takes his body to the ball well, coming straight through the ball. He hits from slightly open stance, with a line drive approach and a smooth swing. His bat stays through the zone, and generates consistent solid contact. He gets a little long with his swing at times, but looks athletic in the box, and gets of the box well. He is also a good student.
