Primary left-handed pitcher with a wiry long build showing plenty of room to fill out moving forward. On the mound the arm actions is quick, on a shorter track through the back creating some jump out of the hand on the fastball at 78-82 mph with occasional arm side run. Changeup provides a quality second pitch with more depth then the fastball in the mid 70's while the slider has tighter spin in the low 70's flashing late break when the extensions is good out front. Moves well to the ball in the outfield with proper angles to cut balls off while maintaining his footwork into the throws with a game like transfer and release topping out at 83 mph. At first base the footwork is developing with the glove working top to bottom to receives the ball deep, the arm action work long through the back making accurate throws. Left-handed hitter, starts with an open base, gets back to even with a leg lift trigger, the barrel works through the zone with young bat speed on a steeper path creating some line drive contact to the middle of the field at his best.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
