Wyatt Schottel is a 2024 LHP/OF with a 6-3 170 lb. frame from Phoenix, AZ who attends Cactus Shadows. Features a tall, lean frame. He offers a three pitch mix that includes a fastball, curveball and changeup. He works out of a full wind up and throws out of 3/4 arm slot. His fastball has glove side run and he effectively located his curveball. He showed the ability to properly field his position. In the outfield he showed proper footwork and glove technique. He has long arm action with the ability to one hop. He was accurate throughout. At the plate he has a wide, slightly open stance. He does a good job generating from his lower half. A pull side approach with bat speed present. He is a very good student.
