Gabriel Perez is a 2021 OF/ with a 6-1 185 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Christopher Columbus HS. Recorded a 6.94 second 60-yard dash time. Physical build with good strength well-proportioned throughout. Primary outfielder with long strides and loose actions. Stays on top of throws well with aggressive charges into the ball. Solid arm strength with throws recorded up to 87 mph. Righthanded hitter with a wide base, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Barrel tip to start with some feel for working to the pull side. Small leg lift trigger with a full swing path. Shifts weight well and creates a good amount of rotation with the torso. Big strength and power through contact with the ability to impact the ball to the pull side. Great student.
