Maclelland Stiffler is a 2024 RHP/1B with a 6-7 210 lb. frame from Hagerstown, MD who attends North Hagerstown. Very long and lean build with lots of room to get stronger. High knee raise and tuck delivery, full arm swing in back with a tight 3/4's arm slot coming through. Primary fastball pitcher, worked consistently to the bottom of the zone with good running life, worked consistently in the low 90's and topped out at 93 mph, more velocity there, ground ball pitcher who throws strikes. Flashed a short breaking slider that can be further developed, did not throw a change up. Interesting follow due to his size and his fastball. Verbal commitment to West Virginia.
