Ryan Cerminaro is a 2027 SS/RHP/OF with a 5-7 120 lb. frame from Lincroft, NJ who attends Middletown South. Slender, high waisted frame with long levers and plenty of room to fill out. Recorded a 8.71 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary shortstop with developing defensive skill set. Showed the ability to move well laterally from side-to-side, softness to his hands and produced accurate throws across the diamond up to 72 mph. Secondary right-handed pitcher that worked from an abbreviated windup delivery with drop and drive lower half mechanics, and medium stride length out to foot strike. Proficient strike thrower with command to both sides of the plate and the ability to land his breaking ball for strikes. Displayed promising spin profile with gradual depth and some downer action to it. Will continue to improve with minor mechanical adjustments and additional velocity. Left-handed hitter that that hits from a wider, slightly open stance with high, pushed hand set and toe-tap trigger. Contact oriented stroke with middle-of-the field approach. Elongated, slightly lofted stroke with some intent, will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments and additional strength.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
