Glen Troyanowski is a 2007 RHP with a 6'1'', 165 lb. frame from Margate FL, who attends St. Thomas Aquinas HS. He has a slender, live body like a shortstop and developing strength. Troyanowski throws from a deliberate, balanced delivery with lots of late energy to the plate. His arm action is very loose and fast and it's easy to project him adding velocity in the future. Troyanowski's fastball was 85-89 mph and touched 90 with very good life at times. He has the ability to ride his fastball up in the strike zone and get it above hitter's hands and likely has some deception in his delivery to help him with this. It's easy to see him being a steady 90-92 guy in the future and maybe more in spurts. Troyanowski's best secondary pitch was a 78 mph change up that he lots of confidence in and sunk well in the strike zone. He tended to get out ahead of his curveball with all his late delivery energy and consistently cast it in back; this is a pitch he's going to have to work on for the next level. Overall, Troyanowski is a very live armed young pitcher with lots of potential. He's a good student and has signed with Florida Atlantic.
