Adam Saich is a 2021 LHP/ with a 5-9 140 lb. frame from Los Gatos, CA who attends Los Gatos. Lengthy developing build, primary left handed pitcher. Slow and methodical delivery on the mound. Methodical mid-leg lift with a slight pause at the top. Shorter arm action comes up to an over the top slot. Fastball tops out at 69 mph, possesses occasional cutting action, works straight down the hill. Developing extension through release. Will need to speed up his time to the plate with runners on base to control the running game. Large shaped 1-to-7 curveball, compliments the fastball well. Exclusively a two pitch mix. From the outfield, shows raw athleticism that is aggressive to the baseball. Arm strength is still developing but makes solid reads off the bat. At the plate, open and spread stance with a low hand set. Middle to pull side approach gets his hands out in front. Slightly lifted barrel plane with a high finish through extension. Hands work well to the ball. Great student with a 3.8 GPA.
