David Dupuis is a 2023 OF/1B with a 6-4 201 lb. frame from Orlando, FL who attends Olympia. Long and strong build with room to get stronger. Runs well for his size, 6.83 in the sixty, works through the ball directly in the outfield on defense, big crow hop to throw slots down his release, makes accurate soft throws with developing arm strength. Right handed hitter, has an upper body rotational swing with limited lower half shift and movement, strong enough to create some barrel whip, gets full arm extension and flashes power to the middle of the field when squared up, has more power in there if he can get into his lower half to drive his swing. Good athlete who will keep improving. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
