Daniel Nava is a 2021 RHP/OF with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Kissimmee, FL who attends Reborn Christian Academy. Large frame with physicality and athleticism throughout. Ran a 7.37 second 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, works an easy delivery, compact arm stroke through a high three-quarters arm slot, commands the fastball well with riding life that plays well up in the zone, mixes in a short breaking ball that is firm and plays well down in the zone. Secondary outfielder, worked out in the outfield with athletic actions to the ball, fields off to the side with clean funnels, winds up a bit but generates good carry on low and on line throws clocked up to 87 mph. Right-handed hitter, shows fast hands with the ability to get the barrel head out front and create loud contact when squared. Translated feel for barrel to game where he hammered a pair of loud doubles. Great student.
