2023 Coastal Prospect Showcase
Patrick Sido is a 2025 OF/LHP/1B with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Springfield, VA who attends West Springfield. Sturdy frame with current muscularity and dense strength that plays. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.29 seconds. Primary position OF, working methodically to the ball and works the glove appropriately out front to secure the ball. Midline transfer to get to the throw and works a bit rotationally to deliver the ball to bags. Compact inline arm path building throws up to 83 mph with accuracy back to the infield. RHH starting balanced and inline with a higher handset and high back elbow. Strength in his hands and gets the bat head on plane in the slot with regularity. Middle of the field approach with jump off the barrel to the gaps. Good round of BP, getting better as he went. Has the look of a corner defender and middle of the order bat. Very good student as well. Named to the Coastal Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
