Cameron Keyes is a 2024 OF/RHP/3B with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Brandon, MS who attends Brandon. Strong athletic build. Hits from a well balanced straight stance with a small leg lift trigger, has quick hands through the zone with good extension out front, some uphill path and flashed the ability to lift the ball, projects well as a hitter with his strength and basic swing mechanics. 7.32 runner in the sixty. Has nice fundamental actions in the outfield on defense, fields the ball on balance out front, good gather with a quick release on his throws, compact over the top throwing action. Also worked out in the infield but is much more advanced in the outfield at present. Took a turn on the mound, same compact arm action with a high 3/4's slot, gets some extension out front and works downhill well, gets into his strong lower half. Fastball topped out at 78 mph, mostly straight, worked almost exclusively with his fastball.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
