Conner Thomas is a 2025 RHP/3B/OF with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Raleigh, NC who attends Millbrook. Long and lean build with plenty of room and time to get stronger. Works from the stretch with a full arm takeaway in back and a high 3/4's arm slot coming through. Fastball worked in the high 70's and topped out at 80 mph, has been up to 83 mph regularly at PG tournaments this summer, fastball is mostly straight and thrown for strikes, works glove side well with the pitch. Generates some spin on his cruveball and it is an effective pitch with some depth when he lands it. Right handed hitter, hits from an open stance with a deep hand load and a toe tap trigger, swings hard and has some lift in his swing, squared up the ball well in the games. 7.45 runner in the sixty. Worked out both in the outfield and infield in drills, had better actions in the outfield, arm is long and loose with good carry and consistently made accurate throws. Arm was his best tool in the infield as well. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
