Aaron Rowell is a 2025 OF/RHP/1B with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Shalimar, FL who attends Choctawhatchee. Long lean frame with excellent projection. Primary outfielder, clean actions working behind the baseball, gets through it with good momentum into his release, stays on top of throws and shows low accuracy with strength clocked up to 85 mph. Also pitches, easy under control delivery, longer arm stroke to a high release, up to 83 with the fastball and gets to the bottom of the zone well, short biting slider with some tilt projects with time, did flash changeup with killed spin. Right-handed hitter, loose and under control process with ease to the stroke, linear path and gets good extension out front, approach to work to both gaps and showed some strength to the pull side.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
