Leo Zeng is a 2023 3B/2B/SS with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from Bellaire, TX who attends The Kinkaid. Ran a 7.36-second sixty-yard dash. Primary third baseman with a medium frame and build. Shows some bounce to the step defensively, fielding deep with developing glove actions. Has developing quickness to the transfer, making throws across the diamond from an over the top arm slot at 75 mph. Right-handed hitter that starts from an even and slightly crouched base, with a medium leg lift trigger and linear shift in the lower half. Has a clean hand path to contact, with a line drive barrel plane and middle of the field approach. Flashes good feel for the barrel, impacting to all fields with good balance through the swing. Will grow into more power as the frame continues to mature. Good student.
