Ethan Ramirez is a 2023 C/OF with a 5-4 130 lb. frame from Katy, TX who attends Cypress Park. Medium frame with slender, athletic build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.40 seconds. Hits from open stance with athletic set, toe tap trigger, high back elbow, longer stride out, line drive swing plane, showed middle-field approach with contact skills. Primary catcher, higher set, gets feet inline to throw down to 2nd base, good accuracy on throws, clocked up to 64 mph. Also took outfield reps, comes in on the ball well, compact arm stroke with high slot, fields clean, shows athleticism.
