Landon Jones is a 2026 C/1B/OF with a 5-10 180 lb. frame from Jacksonville, FL who attends Providence. Solid athletic build with good present strength. 7.67 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, has good quickness in his actions, quick and clean transfer into his throws, repeats his mechanics well throwing, pretty polished for his age defensively. Also worked out in the outfield and showed off a nice clean arm with some carry. Right handed hitter, hits from a wide base, gets to his front side early and tends to roll over the ball, mostly pull side contact, has the strength to hit with some adjustments. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
