Ran a 9.41 60-yard dash. Primary first baseman, fields the ball closer to body, full arm action through the turn, deliberate tempo on the turn and can quicken, shows accuracy on throws, longer shuffle in to release. Also pitched, worked exclusively out of the stretch, maintained release point on fastball/curveball combo, worked around the zone and topped out at 61 mph with the fastball, big 12-6 shape on curveball in mid-40s, pitched to contact during outing. Right-handed hitter, begins with a wide base and a lower hand set with a high back elbow at the plate; upper body dominant swing and can implement additional lower half weight shift moving forward. Handsy swing and does a nice job of hitting the ball out front, some line drive contact to pull side when on time, loads hands back tight at start of load, middle to pull side approach.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
