Sebastian D Fernandez is a 2025 3B/RHP, 2B, OF with a 5-9 175 lb. frame from Hialeah, FL who attends Mater Academy Lakes HS. Recorded a 7.77 second 60-yard dash time. Medium frame with some present strength and broad shoulders. Primary third baseman with shorter footwork and takes good angles to the baseball. Soft hands and shows body control. Arm strength up to 78 mph across the diamond with accuracy. Also worked out from secondary position of the outfield, showing similar arm strength. Secondary right-handed pitcher who throws exclusively from the stretch. Leg lift up to the belt with a deeper arm action. Effort at release and rotates hard. Curveball has good vertical break and changeup was most impressive secondary pitch. Right-handed hitter with an open stance, high hand set, and a low back elbow. Upper half dominant swing and dives the bat head into launch. Has impact out in front with best contact being pull side contact. Good student.
