Ty Grover is a 2023 3B/RHP, 1B with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Spring Hill, FL who attends Frank W. Springstead. Medium build with an athletic frame that can add good strength. Ran a 7.64 in the sixty yard dash. A primary infielder, balanced and controlled during his approach and rounds the ball well, good actions for third base long term. Accurate arm and throws carry. A right-handed hitter, starts with a wider base with a deep knee to knee load and lets the hands fly hard at launch. Really extends our front and the ball carries hard, multiple homers during batting practice. A secondary pitcher, simple and compact delivery with a quick arm stroke and high 3/4 release. Cuts the fastball hard and really misses barrels. Big breaking curveball and gets some tumble on the changeup. Can induce weak contact. Outstanding student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
