Cameron Williams is a 2022 RHP/1B/3B with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Hazlehurst, GA who attends Jeff Davis. Big and strong athletic build. Long arm action in back that stays on line well and hides the ball, high 3/4's arm slot, has some drop and drive to his delivery, repeats his mechanics well. Fastball topped out at 83 mph with good sinking action and occasional cut. Throws a split finger change up as an off-speed pitch that also has sink and tumble. Big and slow curveball with 11/5 shape further changes hitters eye levels. Threw strikes and has a pitching style that will create lots of ground ball contact. Right handed hitter, starts from a low and busy hand load, swings hard and has some raw bat speed and power potential. 7.52 runner, showed his arm strength well from first base. Good student.
