Grant Haas is a 2023 SS/3B, OF with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Phoenix, AZ who attends Desert Vista. Medium to large athletic build with room to fill out and strengthen as he continues to develop. Primary infielder, rounds the ball well and puts himself in good positions to field the baseball. Accuracy across the diamond is developing, good carry on his throws. Developing the ability to read hops, far better in game showing. Present fluidity, room to continue to improve and his athleticism suggests that he will. At the plate, uses an upright and open stance with a leg kick trigger. Good bat speed through the zone. Good pop to his pull side gap when on time. More power left to be unlocked in his lower half. Excellent student in the classroom as well.
