Chris Carreras is a 2023 MIF/3B with a 5-10 162 lb. frame from Atlanta, GA who attends St. Pius X. Primary middle infielder with a medium frame and athletic build. Recorded a 7.43 second 60-yard dash time. Waits back on the ball with soft hands and solid gather out front while fielding and throws across the diamond up to 75 mph. Good fielder with the ability to play all three spots in the infield with developing arm strength for the left side. Right-handed hitter with an even base and hands set off back shoulder start. Shifts the weight to the backside with short knee trigger stride and direct barrel path through the zone. Displayed solid barrel awareness in the box with the ability to impact the baseball to all fields with developing power potential. Excellent Student.
