Guillermo Rivera is a 2022 C/3B with a 6-1 210 lb. frame from Coamo, PR who attends Jose Felipe Zayas. Large frame with present physicality to the build. Ran a 7.43 second 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, higher setup in crouch but shows solid footwork in his transfer, releases quick and has solid arm strength on throws down to the bag. Also worked out in the infield, long strides to the ball as he gets to the spot well, shows low effort to the actions and low-80s arm strength across. Righthanded hitter, sets up wide and sequences well; has heavy hands as he works direct to the ball with good strength. Whips the barrel through well and can create lift to all fields with long carry off the barrel. Great student.
