Alejandro Rivera is a 2020 2B/3B with a 5-7 135 lb. frame from Carolina, PR who attends Puerto Rico Baseball Academy. Smaller, athletic frame. Recorded a 7.58 second 60-yard dash. Primary second baseman, worked out in the infield with good glove skills, stays low and through the ball, sees it in well, strong actions laterally, gets going to the bag well, quick arm and stays on line with throws. Right-handed hitter, stays short and direct to the ball with quick hands, able to pull them inside well, sprays the field with a line drive approach, slight lift to the bat path at times. Good student.
