Andrew Koshy is a 2023 RHP/1B/3B with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Albertson, NY who attends Mineola. Medium frame with slender, projectable build; ran 40 yard dash in 5.39 seconds. Primary righthanded pitcher, simple rocker step to balance point, throws from three quarters slot, attacks zone with fastball, sat 76-78 mph with good life, runs it over both edges, showed slider with slurvy tilt for strikes, also flashed a knuckleball. Hits from upright and open stance, big leg lift, lays barrel back, whole-field approach, sprayed line drive contact. Worked out in the outfield, later glove actions work through, very low slot release, clocked up to 79 mph.
