Luis A Morales is a 2022 OF/ with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Jayuya, PR who attends Puerto Rico Baseball Academy. Ran a 7.20 60 yard dash. In the outfield he shows solid footwork and ability to work through the ball, which makes his accurate throws look so much smoother and easy to be consistent with. A clean round of throws with great fundamentals. During BP he had another consistent round showing some easy barrel to ball skills. The swing path has a good angle to it which allowed him to hit the ball hard to the pull side with some lift. His body stays balanced and he gets good extension through the ball. Outstanding student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
