Anthony Nannini is a 2023 LHP/1B with a 6-3 190 lb. frame from Jackson, NJ who attends Jackson Liberty. Large, athletic build with well-proportioned strength throughout his frame. Recorded a 5.24-second forty time. Primary left-handed pitcher, worked exclusively out of the stretch with a drop and drive lower half. Full arm action with a 3/4 arm slot. Sat in the mid-70s during his outing with his fastball. Works both sids of the plate, pairing his fastball with a developing slider that flashed some horizontal tilt. Secondary first baseman, fields out in front with a deep funnel and deliberate footwork. Up to 76 mph across the diamond. Some stiffness throughout his actions, could improve his flexibility and mobility to be more athletic. Left-handed hitter, even, balanced stance with a high-hand set. Hover trigger, impacting the ball to the middle-of-the-field when on time with flashes of right-center juice. Rotational lower half with a tendency to get stuck on his back side. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
