Dario Sosa is a 2023 OF/1B/3B with a 6-3 195 lb. frame from Waterbury, CT who attends Holy Cross. Outstanding athletic build with good present strength and room for plenty more. 6.97 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder who also plays the infield, has athletic actions in the outfield and gets good jumps on balls, made a nice sliding game catch in right centerfield after covering lots of ground, light on his feet for his size, shows good arm strength from a long and loose arm action, makes accurate throws. Right handed hitter, hits from an open stance with a hanging leg lift load, got his foot down on time well during the games, has good bat speed and barrel accuracy and especially handled the lower half of the strike zone well. Projects in all areas physically and plays the game with enthusiasm. Good student. Named to the World Showcase Top Prospect List.
