Wyatt Thomas is a 2023 RHP/3B, SS with a 6-1 186 lb. frame from Huntington Beach, CA who attends Huntington Beach. Large frame with present physical strength, has strong lower half. Primary RH pitcher, with simple delivery, pitches from the 1B side of the rubber. Throws from 3/4 arm slot. Tries to locate FB to all quadrants of the strike zone, needs to refine FB command. CB has slow 11/5 to 3/4 type action. Needs to continue to improve overall control & command of all pitches. Also participated in infield drills, showed sound defensive skills with the ability to make the routine type plays. Recorded 83 mph throw across the diamond. Right-Handed Hitter with wide, slightly open stance.
Hands are low before shifting weight and striding out. Line drive type hitter with raw strength in swing. Very good student.
