Jayden Colon is a 2023 3B/RHP, 2B with a 5-8 170 lb. frame from Hyde Park, MA who attends Xaverian Brothers. Recorded a 7.60 second sixty-yard dash time. Compact, well-proportioned frame with plenty of projection and room to physically. mature. Primary infielder with deliberate footwork throughout the fielding process, a strong lower half and present arm strength across the diamond. Well-engaged lower half with clean funnel out in front and fairly quick transfers. Recorded arm strength up to 84 mph from a lower arm slot during defensive drills. Left-handed hitter that hits from a well-balanced, even stance with a high hand set, high back elbow and slight leg lift trigger. Pull-side approach with rotational lower half mechanics, elongated downhill swing path and developing feel for the barrel. Displays some present bat speed to impact the baseball when on-time and in-sync. Will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments and additional strength. Projection remaining with time to physically mature. Excellent Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
