2023 13U/14U Mid-Atlantic Prospect Showcase
Sean Robledo is a 2027 OF/RHP with a 5-3 110 lb. frame from Congers, NY who attends Clarkstown North Senior. Robledo works from a young build with plenty of time to fill out and add strength as a '27 prospect. As a primary OF, he displayed good buildup mechanics with a repeatable compact release to ultimately top out at 69 mph. He has further room to create downhill momentum with additional arm strength on the way as physicality develops. On the mound, the righty touched 72 mph starting from the 1B base side of the rubber working exclusively from the stretch. He flashed sinking action to the FB at 1742 rpm and successfully mixed a 12-6 shaped breaker at 1661 rpm. On the offensive end, Robledo utilized a simple leg lift trigger with intent to generate impact out in front. He consistently used the pull side of the field to his advantage with power becoming more prominent in the future. Ran an 8.09 sixty yard dash.
