Ryan Finn is a 2025 MIF/RHP with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Woolwich Twp, NJ who attends Kingsway Reg. Medium current frame with some projection, young athlete with ample room to add physicality. Primary position IF, using choppy footwork to create timing and angles. First step quickness and covered solid ground laterally. Fields the ball a bit deep but hands work and uses full arm path to generate solidly accurate throws across the diamond up to 73 mph. Handled the slow roller quite well. Secondary RHP, using full windup from the middle of the rubber. Belt high leg lift to load and moves down the slope quickly as he separates hands at the chest. Bit of a stabbing arm action, deep and inline with shorter stride before accelerating through high 3/4 arm angle. Needs to refine command of FB that peaked at 70 mph and coupled that with a firm CH. LHH working from an even base and stays on his backside through contact. High hand set and tight hands leading to a lofted stroke. Used the whole field, low line drives with consistency and should develop real power with added strength. Intriguing offensive profile here. Tremendous student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
