Evan Nickowski is a 2024 OF/RHP with a 6-2 188 lb. frame from Marble Falls, TX who attends Marble Falls. Tall strong bodied outfielder that shows proper glove work and above average arm with medium arm stroke. Footwork was choppy but received and release the ball in rhtyhm. At the plate, he sets up with low hand start and even base. Short compact bat path with strength in the hands at impact. Timing led to inconsistent barrel ability but looked good in flashes. Definite projectability here. On the mound, he operates with simple delivery and medium arm stroke. Fastball shows sink to it from a high slot release. Short strider down the plane, gets over the front foot well but sometimes too over the front foot leading to some spiked fastballs. 6.90 60-yard. Outstanding student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
