Chad Naf is a 2023 3B/RHP, 1B with a 5-10 195 lb. frame from Hesperia, CA who attends Method Charter. Big and strong build. Right handed hitter, hits from an exaggerated spread stance with a deep hand load, hitting set up locks out his strong lower half at present, lots more bat speed and power there with adjustments, line drive contact at present with gap to gap orientation, has the strength to keep improving. 7.95 runner in the sixty, has balanced actions on defense at third base, arm works well with projectable arm strength, will continue to improve on defense with continued work on his lower half quickness and agility. Also pitched, high front side delivery with good lower half direction to the plate, high 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 77 mph, all his fastballs have some cutting action, some at lower velocities have big cutting action. Also throws a separate 12/6 curveball with some depth. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
