Ryan Robinson is a 2027 3B/RHP, 2B, SS with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Suwanee, GA who attends Lambert. Large, square shoulders frame with a lean build and room to fill throughout moving forward. Ran a 7.50 60-yard dash. Primary third baseman, moves well on feet on the approach, maintains momentum through the ball, glove works out front and makes clean picks, deliberate pace on the charge play, accurate throws to first with some present arm strength and will continue to develop. Also pitched, leg lift up to core at start, tends to land open with strike foot coming down the mound; shorter arm action through the back working to a high three-quarters release point. Fastball topped out at 80 mph, mixed a shorter curveball and pitched to contact with it at 62 mph, tends to slow arm on its release, showed comfort in throwing it. Right-handed hitter, begins with a wide base and a high hand set and back elbow at the plate; utilizes a toe tap into a leg lift trigger prior to weight shift. Rotates well in swing and incorporates lower half nicely, worked well to his pull side with contact. Stays inside the ball with hands, linear path through the zone with line drive carry coming off, loads hands back deeper at start of swing but consistently got the barrel out. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
