Jordan Fernandez is a 2023 OF/RHP with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Castroville, TX who attends Cornerstone Christian Schools. Posted a 7.13 in the 60. Primary outfielder showed good athleticism and solid arm with strength. Excellent throws carry with a quick release. Downhill actions plays through the ball with good sync in the footwork and glove. On the mound the athleticism plays effectively, was up to 80 flashing feel to spin the breaking ball. Simple mechanics with control and found the zone plenty. He tunneled pitches well with good intent and full circle arm action that was fluid. Right-handed hitter, good pieces to put together with added barrel control. Some slight down path at times but can run into contact consistently flashing impact potential. Good student.
