Dan Rice is a 2026 OF/RHP/3B with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from Colts Neck, NJ who attends Red Bank Catholic. Medium young build with lots of time and room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from a wide base with an inverted front foot load, deep hand load with a hand hitch start to his swing, swings hard and has some young impact when he's timed and squared up, can simplify and shorten his approach moving forward. 7.51 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, fields the ball to the side, long stride into his throws, lower arm slot, throws have some tail with developing carry. Also pitched, big rocker step start to his delivery, high and compact arm stroke from a high 3/4's arm slot, long stride out front. Fastball worked in the low 70's and topped out at 74 mph, also threw a soft curveball that he landed for strikes. Good student.
