Barry Harkness is a 2028 OF/2B with a 5-2 103 lb. frame from Cincinnati, OH who attends La Salle. Smaller, slender athletic build. Ran a 8.02 60-yard dash. An outfielder that showed the ability to go get the ball in the outfield during games making a diving catch coming in from centerfield. Cautious to the ball on the ground, fields it clean, maintains some momentum working through it and showed developing arm strength with some accuracy to bases. Hit from a narrow and slightly open stance with toe tap timing at the plate. Quick hands with an inside out swing at the plate, vertical bat angle through the zone with some feel for the barrel. Got to the barrel in game for a line drive single. Named to Ohio Valley Prospect Top Prospect List.
