Cesar Mora is a 2022 C/3B with a 5-9 158 lb. frame from Spring, TX who attends Klein Collins. Medium frame with athletic, projectable build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.24 seconds. Hits from crouched stance with even base, hands stay low through load, inside-out swing plane, hands work very inside in terms of path, whole-field approach, shows ability to get the ball into the air. Worked out behind the plate, good set with flex in hips, sets well, hands work in terms of receiving, shows athleticism in explosion out of crouch and overall footwork, quick release, clocked up to 71 mph on throws down to 2nd base. Good student.
