Ahmar Donatto is a 2022 2B/RHP/OF with a 5-10 145 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends Summer Creek. Slender young build with broad shoulders to add strength to. 6.76 runner, played both infield outfield and showed fluid athletic actions at both positions, has soft hands and smooth glove work, more an infield type arm action but has some arm strength and carry from both positions. Right handed hitter, hits from an open stance with an inside swing path from a deep start, has some hand quickness and projects to keep adding bat speed as he gets stronger, works mid field to the opposite field, pretty simple and repeatable hitting mechanics. Also pitched, has a smooth low effort delivery and gets down the mound and out front well. Fastball topped at 82 mph with some sinking action, threw a low 70's curveball for strikes. Good student.
