Kaniel Rosado is a 2025 1B/LHP, OF with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Casselberry, FL who attends Winter Springs. Strong and athletic frame. Ran a 7.48 60-yard dash. Primary first baseman the moved well around the bag, made all the routine plays with clean glove actions out front and accurate throws to bases with average arm strength. Also worked out in the outfield showing some quality glove placement fielding out front, a clean transition to throw and a solid average arm with accuracy. Showed a combination of strength and bat speed at the plate. Tight turns with a longer swing through the zone, gets on plane well, transfers the weight and has the barrel control to impact the baseball to both gaps. Showed fastball/slider on the mound out of a three-quarter arm slot. Straight fastballs topping out at 80 and a slider that plays well off the fastball inducing some swing and miss. Sequences the stuff well and got outs in his outing. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
